About The Position

Life360 is seeking a Senior eCommerce Analyst to play a critical role in shaping the future of our web ecosystem. This position is part of the Marketing Analytics team within the broader Data & Analytics department. The Analyst will work closely with key stakeholder teams including eCommerce DTC, growth marketing, product management, engineering, and design to define our eCommerce analytics strategy and implementation. The role involves providing comprehensive analysis of full funnel behavior from top of funnel through point of sale and beyond, utilizing web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics to translate complex data into actionable insights that drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in eCommerce analytics across web and/or apps, with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights.
  • Expert proficiency in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, AppsFlyer, Google Tag Manager or similar digital analytics platforms.
  • Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker Studio, or Power BI.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Experience with A/B testing and personalization tools (e.g., Ninetailed, HotJar, ContentSquare, Google Optimize, Optimizely, VWO).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex data and insights clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze site performance by tracking key e-commerce metrics (traffic, conversion, AOV, cart abandonment, etc.) across DTC and marketing channels.
  • Analyze and optimize the end-to-end customer journey using LLM/AI-driven solutions, focusing on website traffic, landing pages, conversion funnels, and KPIs.
  • Segment users by behavior, acquisition source, and lifecycle stage to support personalization, retention, and targeting strategies.
  • Collaborate on A/B testing and CRO initiatives focused on product pages, checkout, upsells, and merchandising tactics.
  • Build sales forecasts, revenue models, and real-time dashboards to support leadership decision-making.
  • Stitch backend data from various data platforms and manage the eCommerce data architecture with Data Engineering.
  • Assess marketing, platform, and promotional performance to improve ROI, CAC, and LTV across web and marketplaces.
  • Provide actionable insights to guide product launches, promotions, pricing strategies, and omnichannel performance planning.
