The Senior E-Commerce Stylist at KnitWell Group is responsible for executing seasonal styling direction across the e-commerce channel for all monthly deliveries. This role requires a highly creative individual with a strong understanding of the brand and target customer, capable of executing the brand's styling identity while demonstrating exceptional taste and creative problem-solving skills. The stylist will collaborate with various teams to ensure that styling reflects current business and fashion trends, manage freelancers, and present styling ideas effectively.

  • Support the Brand Stylist in executing monthly e-com styling for all LOFT deliveries.
  • Collaborate with the production team to plan the e-com style out schedule with the art director and producers.
  • Convey feedback and direction with clarity and diplomacy.
  • Liaise with sample e-commerce managers to ensure up-to-date samples and products are available for styling.
  • Plan style out kick-offs with the art director, styling director, and merchant director before each e-com style out.
  • Communicate with and brief freelance stylists on styling direction and expectations.
  • Collaborate with photo producers and art directors to prioritize product needs on set.
  • Ensure styling reflects current business and fashion trends.
  • Manage and delegate tasks to freelancers during double sets for execution.
  • Build styling decks using Google Slides for presentations to cross-functional teams.
  • Attend key meetings involving marketing and merchandising to understand future line builds and ideas.
  • Assist with campaign style outs to maintain connection with seasonal styling messages and key looks.
  • Present looks to teams and manage the styling process and workflow for product detail pages (PDP).
  • Organize reshoot requests and additional asset requests during shoots.
  • Build reference boards for each delivery with competitive styling ideas.
  • BA in Fashion or Art (or equivalent experience and education).
  • 8+ years of overall experience, with 5+ years of experience on set.
  • Excellent knowledge of fashion and industry trends.
  • Focused attention to detail ensuring all products are photo-ready.
  • Confident in last-minute creative styling decision-making.
  • High taste level and thorough understanding of styling techniques.
  • Strong communication and organization skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
