Senior Durability Engineer
About The Position
Job Description Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, materials engineering, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in data collection and cleanup with durability testing experience preferred. Experience with commercial data acquisition hardware and software with preferred experience using Mars Labs. Experience with vehicle instrumentation setup and troubleshooting with experience using WFTs considered a plus. Familiarity with electric vehicle safety protocols and high voltage systems. Experience cleaning and analyzing data using nCode or similar programs. Demonstrated problem solving skills including independent root cause analysis and the ability to work effectively in small team environments. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Willingness to travel up to 100 percent. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Comfortable working inside a vehicle for extended periods across rough terrain or varying road conditions. Flexibility to work occasional overtime or off shifts to support critical testing schedules.
