Senior Duck Creek Policy Developer
About The Position
We are hiring a Senior Duck Creek Developer that specializes in Policy to join our organization on a remote basis (CST/EST)! Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and integrate Duck Creek Policy components to meet business requirements. Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Customize and extend Duck Creek functionality using XML, .NET, and proprietary Duck Creek tools. Optimize performance and ensure scalability of Duck Creek applications. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Duck Creek Policy implementations. Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Duck Creek Policy development.
- Previous experience being part of a Duck Creek Policy upgrade project.
- Strong knowledge of Duck Creek Author, Express, and related components.
- Proficiency in .NET, C#, XML, and SQL.
- Experience with insurance policy administration systems and P&C insurance domain knowledge.
- Familiarity with Duck Creek upgrade processes and performance tuning.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
