The Senior Documentation Coordinator at Integer is responsible for leading and maintaining the Change Control Process, which includes preparing change requests, ensuring appropriate functional reviews and sign-offs, and maintaining records of changes. The role involves posting changes to computerized or manual records, releasing documents, and notifying affected departments. The coordinator will also maintain an established data distribution system, expedite review and approval of documentation, analyze and develop recommendations for process improvements, and manage SharePoint Quality documentation and the Change Control Database. Additionally, the coordinator will confer with change originators to prepare documents, resolve discrepancies, participate in audits, manage record retention processes, and support the training system. The position requires generating periodic reports related to documentation controls and training metrics.
