Requirements

• A High School diploma or equivalent is required, associates degree preferred.
• 5 years of experience in oilfield operations which includes 5 years experience in the inspection of Discharge Manifold Equipment to ASNT II (or Equivalent).
• Must hold current qualification to ASNT II (or Equivalent) for UT-ultrasonic, MT-MPI, VT-visual and PT-pressure testing.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and rebuild a variety of Discharge Manifold Equipment (DME).
• Responsible for the inspection and NDT process for the location re-qualifying DME including visual, limited ultrasonic, MPI, and pressure test.
• Accurate completion of documentation produced within the DME re-qualification process.
• Responsible for QA/QC, final check, input and accuracy of data into Halliburton's system of record for the re-qualification of DME.
• Assist in the supervision of the DME re-qualification process.
• Mentor junior inspectors and DME technicians.
• Follow specific and detailed work processes within the Halliburton Management System (HMS) during daily job activities.
• Ensure duties are performed in a safe, efficient, and effective manner.
• Perform own work and provide assistance to others as directed.
• Maintain a very high level of attention to detail and analytical approach, and a good understanding of document control.
