Primary Purpose: Support the District Commercial Manager (DCM) in managing sales interface administration between suppliers, operations, and customer service. This role helps drive district sales growth and serves as a key link between Sales, Mass Pricebook Update (MPU), and Operations when needed.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
2+ years of substantial and varied field experience.
Broad knowledge of chemical distribution preferred (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Procurement).
Strong PC skills (Excel, Outlook, CRM, Information Warehouse).
Experience with SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist in evaluating new business opportunities requiring coordination with Operations and Regulatory teams, and track progress in Salesforce.
Support pricing reviews for new products and services, prepare proposals for the Sales team, and manage cost-related activities such as Credit Upon Proof of Sale (CUPS).
Oversee supplier cost support requests, negotiate stock pricing, and identify underperforming product families to improve pricing strategies.
Review product mix and profitability at the district level; recommend strategies to enhance margins.
Provide backup support to the DCM during the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
Assist with contract preparation and administration, including rebate agreements, single-product contracts, and ongoing business contracts.
