About The Position
As a Senior Distinguished Engineer at Capital One, you will be a part of a community of technical experts working to define the future of banking in the cloud. We are seeking a highly technical and deeply motivated Distinguished Engineer to lead the architecture, development and optimization of our Mobile CI/CD pipeline. You will be responsible for building highly scalable, reliable, and efficient mobile build, test and deployment systems ensuring high developer velocity and app quality at scale. Your work will directly impact developer productivity by reducing build times down to seconds, and help us to deliver best-in-class customer experiences with a high degree of frequency and reliability. This role requires deep expertise in Mobile CI, infrastructure, automation, and distributed systems. As a Senior Distinguished Engineer, you will design next-gen, high-performance CI/CD infrastructure that will leverage deep OS-level optimizations, parallel execution, and distributed caching. Your work will serve as a force multiplier for our mobile developers building apps across Capital One.
