We're looking to hire a Senior Disputes QC Specialist to support consumer and business banking dispute quality control. As a Senior Disputes QC Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and executing dispute quality processes and procedures. This includes conducting quality assessments, creating reports, performing quality trend analysis, and driving continuous improvement by translating quality insights into actionable strategies. You will also leverage your expertise to contribute directly to ongoing projects that advance Mercury's dispute program.
