About The Position

Peraton is seeking a motivated and technically savvy Senior Disposition Manager to join our Voice Systems team. In this role, you will play a key part in managing the transition and disposition of legacy systems, ensuring smooth, efficient, and secure removal of equipment while coordinating with multiple stakeholders. Requirements

• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a Public Trust clearance
• 12+ years leading complex technical programs or projects, including experience with:
• Project closure, disposition management, and client acceptance
• Document archiving, records management, and post-project evaluation
• Project tracking, reporting, and compliance with contractual requirements
• Stakeholder communication, cross-functional collaboration, and issue resolution
• Process improvement and application of project management methodologies and tools
• Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management, or a related field or four additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree

Nice To Haves

• PMP certification
• Experienced in equipment lifecycle management, system decommissioning, or technical project coordination (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead legacy system and equipment disposition projects , developing and executing site-specific removal schedules that align with system transition plans.
• Serve as the primary liaison between customer stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams, providing guidance and ensuring all parties are aligned.
• Issue removal instructions, maintain detailed records of equipment removal, and track disposition activities including recycling and reuse certifications.
• Provide regular status updates and final confirmation reports on completed disposition activities.
• Coordinate and support on-site disposition teams , traveling to locations as needed to deinstall and manage legacy systems/equipment safely and efficiently.
