Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a client-facing role, ideally within gaming, influencer marketing and/or a startup.
  • Familiarity with in-game advertising, sponsored content, and social activations.
  • Experience with media plans.
  • Professional or personal experience with Discord.
  • Strong organizational skills and productivity.
  • At least some management experience and a passion for fostering development of your team.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to go the extra mile and be fully committed.
  • Passion for providing top-notch client service and building lasting client relationships.
  • Tech-savvy with experience in tools like Notion and Pitch.
  • Ability to enhance the Spark platform and sales product based on client feedback.

Responsibilities

  • Be the primary point of contact for clients once it has been handed over from sales, managing the team to prepare and execute flawlessly.
  • Prepare and work with media plans for sales when needed.
  • Work closely and manage the campaign delivery team to ensure seamless execution of campaigns, overseeing content creation, managing deadlines, and coordinating with internal teams, communities, and external partners.
  • Drive innovation by contributing creative campaign ideas, including the development of custom assets such as video memes.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and scale best practices across the organization.
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and drive business growth through upselling and referrals.
  • Lead the Campaigns team consisting of 2x Campaign Managers and 1x Outreach Executive, in order to be accountable for effective fulfilment and renewal of campaigns.
  • Contribute to GTM, supporting competitive pricing and packaging models.
  • Work towards objectives, create tasks and then fulfil them.
