About The Position
The Senior Director, Executive Engagement and Workplace Planning is responsible for developing and executing Empower's workplace strategy for financial planning and executive engagement. This role focuses on creating key services such as stock-plan, nonqualified plan, and executive financial planning services, while leading a high-performing team dedicated to enhancing customer experiences and driving plan sponsor adoption. The position requires strong leadership skills, a passion for financial planning, and the ability to build an organization from the ground up.
