Role Summary
The Senior Director of Web & Digital Strategy will own Cato Networks’ digital ecosystem end-to-end, with the website as the primary growth, brand, and conversion engine. This leader will define the digital vision, drive measurable business impact, and scale a high-performing team responsible for web experience, optimization, and digital execution.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in web, digital, or growth marketing roles
• 5+ years in senior leadership managing teams and complex stakeholders
• Proven ownership of a B2B website as a revenue-driving channel
• Strong understanding of demand generation, CRO, and buyer journeys
• Data-driven mindset with strong business judgment

Nice To Haves

• Experience in cybersecurity a plus

Responsibilities

• Own the global website strategy, roadmap, and performance as a core business asset
• Define the role of digital across the buyer journey, from awareness through conversion
• Drive measurable outcomes including CRO, pipeline contribution, and engagement
• Partner with Demand, PMM, Brand, Sales, and Product on launches and campaigns
• Own analytics, experimentation, SEO, AEO, accessibility, and performance standards
