About The Position
The Sr. Director, Turnkey Operations will provide operational leadership for a new business line that helps primary care physicians launch new, independent practices with Aledade. This individual will be responsible for the end-to-end development and operational oversight of the service platform that provides payer contracting, credentialing, marketing, EHR/RCM vendor management, and strategic support for physicians seeking autonomy, sustainability, and success in value-based care. The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of primary care, operations, and the mechanics of primary care and value-based payment models. This role requires a hands-on leader with the ability to work cross-functionally and build systems, processes, and relationships from the ground up.
