The Senior Director of Organizational Transformation is a senior operational leader who will shape how we work—driving enterprise-wide transformation that strengthens how we deliver, scale, and operate. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will partner across technology, operations, product, and delivery to turn strategy into durable operating models, streamlined processes, and measurable results. This is a hands-on, technically fluent role for a leader who can operate in the details and at the enterprise level—aligning people, process, and technology to lead complex, cross-functional change in a fast-moving healthcare technology environment. You will be fully focused on internal transformation, operational excellence, and execution rigor—building momentum, driving accountability, and making change stick.
