This position involves providing guidance and support for Strategic Value Streams and Enabling Capabilities, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities, and developing frameworks for prioritization and sequencing of initiatives. You will partner with leadership to drive risk, dependency, and opportunity management, proactively identifying challenges and opportunities to optimize transformation outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, strategic planning, and organizational leadership roles.
  • Proven track record in driving enterprise-wide transformational initiatives.
  • Expertise in risk management, dependency mapping, and internal controls.
  • Experience in agile methodologies, operating model implementation, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong facilitation skills with an ability to navigate complex interdependencies.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with a focus on coaching and inspiring teams.

Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance and support for Strategic Value Streams and Enabling Capabilities.
  • Develop frameworks for Prioritization & Sequencing of initiatives.
  • Partner with leadership to drive Risk, Dependency, & Opportunity Management.
  • Monitor Internal Controls to ensure compliance and alignment with organizational policies.
  • Establish and maintain Stakeholder Feedback Loops.
  • Promote Accountability across teams and leadership.
  • Facilitate the Codification of Best Practices.
  • Support Agile Growth, enabling teams to adopt agile methodologies.
  • Provide Operating Model Support.
  • Partner with the PMO to ensure project plans include transformation initiatives.
  • Foster an Adaptable Culture.
  • Provide Leadership Coaching to empower leaders.
