Reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), the Senior Director of Total Rewards will lead the design and execution of a global rewards strategy that connects compensation, incentives, and recognition directly to growth, competitiveness, and performance. In close partnership with senior leadership and the Board, this role will ensure Franklin's rewards philosophy reflects a pay for performance culture that attracts top talent, retains critical capabilities, and reinforces accountability across the enterprise.   • Develop and lead Franklin's total rewards strategy, spanning executive compensation, pay structures, and recognition programs, ensuring programs are competitive, performance aligned, and business driven.
  • Lead executive and enterprise compensation, including the design and management of pay programs and annual cycles, ensuring fairness, governance, and alignment with growth objectives.
  • Strengthen recognition programs that reinforce accountability, performance, and culture.
  • Define and communicate Franklin's Employee Value Proposition, ensuring employees clearly understand how rewards connect to growth, opportunity, and engagement.
  • Establish governance, analytics, and KPIs that provide leaders and the Board with actionable insights into the impact of rewards on business results.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred. Certifications such as CCP or CBP are a plus.
  • Twelve or more years of progressive leadership experience in total rewards, compensation, and benefits.
  • Deep expertise in executive compensation, governance, and Board engagement.
  • Proven record of transforming rewards programs to deliver measurable business performance and retention.
  • Strong financial, analytical, and market benchmarking capabilities.
  • Experience building recognition and engagement programs that create measurable cultural and business impact.
