About The Position

As the Sr. Director TM Controller & PoL Applications, you will be the Technical interface to R D and customers, support technical Go-to-Market activities, provide Technical customer support on application and product level to secure design-ins. In your new role you will lead a team of Technical Marketing experts, ensuring the following output: Technical interface to R D and customers, supports technical Go-to-Market activities, provides Technical customer support on application and product level to secure design-ins. You will be responsible for product development and application support of digital multi-phase controllers, integrated power stages and power modules in multiphase synchronous buck converter for computing, networking, communication and AI applications. The impact of the role is on leading people and managing teams, not on own technical contribution. You will report to PL Head of Technical Marketing Head (GG16+) and act as Technical Marketing head for a very large PL, leading >= three technical marketing roles. The role has a global scope and is business critical with high revenues and strategic importance.

Requirements

• 15+ years power electronics working experience.
• 5+ years relevant management experience.
• Relevant vocational training (3+ years) and extensive subject-specific additional qualification.
• Relevant completed study with a duration of 4 years and subject-specific additional qualification.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Technical Marketing experts.
• Act as the Technical interface to R D and customers.
• Support technical Go-to-Market activities.
• Provide Technical customer support on application and product level to secure design-ins.
• Oversee product development and application support of digital multi-phase controllers.
• Define system architecture description, application requirements, and system concepts.
• Ensure right-fit product requirements, datasheet, system concept verification, reference designs, and design-in collaterals.
