In this vital role you will be a member of the UPLIZNA U.S. Marketing Leadership Team and will lead the strategic direction of the thought leader liaison (TLL) organization across three approved indications: neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder (NMOSD), IgG4-related disease (IgG4-RD) and generalized myasthenia gravis (gMG). The TLL team is a commercial, field-based, customer-facing role focused on several key areas: (1) identifying and developing relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs); (2) developing and executing KOL engagement strategies, at congresses and throughout the year; (3) recruiting for speaker bureau and advisory activities; (4) generating insights to help inform and guide brand strategy; (5) and supporting local commercial initiatives, such as coordinating team activities at key accounts. This role will lead a team of regional team leads who manage individual TLLs, as well as a Sr. Manager of Planning & Operations to support team activities. This individual will be expected to bring insights to help shape brand strategy and anticipate market events and champion cross functional collaboration with internal stakeholders. This role requires careful attention to compliance considerations, and a strong collaborative approach with field sales, patient access, field medical affairs, and other key stakeholders.
