Requirements

  • Excellent analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively resolve issues and implement strategic planning.

Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Oversee the Agent network strategy in North America, controlling 40% of volume and managing over 150 vendors.
  • Evaluate and improve Agent performance to meet service level expectations.
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with vendors to assess performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Lead a team of Agent Dispatch and Relationship Managers for daily operations oversight.
  • Analyze existing Agent-related expenses and develop cost reduction strategies.
  • Ensure compliance of Agent vendors with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Explore opportunities for cost optimization and service improvement with regional trucking vendors.
  • Collaborate with Workplace Services and Real Estate teams to assess agent locations for potential expansion.
