Compliance with DoD, Federal, and State-level policies, directives, and security frameworks is essential. The candidate will oversee operations and sustainment of enterprise network services supporting 1,200 users across 140,000 endpoints in geographically dispersed environments, directing cyber defense initiatives to secure mission-critical systems. Establishing quality standards, operational processes, and performance metrics to ensure high availability and resiliency is crucial. The role also involves providing mentorship to multidisciplinary program teams and fostering collaboration between Federal agencies, State National Guard units, and industry partners. Additionally, the candidate will ensure enterprise IT and cybersecurity capabilities are ready to support Federal missions and rapid response requirements during emergencies or natural disasters.
