Role summary: The Senior Director, Technical Program Management, leads the strategic planning and execution of complex, large-scale technical programs across the enterprise. This role will lead and oversee organizational change management for processes, tools, governance forums, and ways of working to ensure effective execution of enterprise, segment and area priorities. By leveraging deep technical expertise and program/change management best practices, the position fosters innovation, optimizes resource efficiency, and mitigates risks. The leader mentors teams, influences cross-functional collaboration, and champions data-driven decision-making to achieve impactful results in a dynamic technology environment. About the team: Our team directs technology prioritization for Global Product and Design, focusing engineering efforts on high-impact initiatives. We equip product managers worldwide with advanced tools and technology to exceed objectives. Utilizing data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration, we develop strategic product roadmaps aligned with business goals. The team promotes innovation by continuously evaluating emerging trends and ensures efficient resource allocation.
