Role summary: The Senior Director, Technical Program Management, leads the strategic planning and execution of complex, large-scale technical programs across the enterprise. This role will lead and oversee organizational change management for processes, tools, governance forums, and ways of working to ensure effective execution of enterprise, segment and area priorities. By leveraging deep technical expertise and program/change management best practices, the position fosters innovation, optimizes resource efficiency, and mitigates risks. The leader mentors teams, influences cross-functional collaboration, and champions data-driven decision-making to achieve impactful results in a dynamic technology environment. About the team: Our team directs technology prioritization for Global Product and Design, focusing engineering efforts on high-impact initiatives. We equip product managers worldwide with advanced tools and technology to exceed objectives. Utilizing data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration, we develop strategic product roadmaps aligned with business goals. The team promotes innovation by continuously evaluating emerging trends and ensures efficient resource allocation. Requirements

Extensive experience in program and project management, including planning, execution, and risk mitigation across complex, enterprise-wide initiatives.
Extensive experience in process and technology change management in large, complex companies.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Strong technical expertise in system design, cloud infrastructure, software lifecycle, and emerging technologies.
Proficiency in developing and implementing frameworks to improve operational efficiency and reduce redundancies.
Exceptional communication skills to unify teams and present to executive leadership effectively.
Analytical problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven approach to decision making.
Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams while driving continuous improvement.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related area and 8 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.
10 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.

Master’s degree in Business Administration, with specialization in strategy, supply chain, finance, information systems, or related area and 6 years’ experience in product design.
