We are seeking a talented individual to join our Talent Strategy Consulting team at Mercer. This role will be based in Philadelphia. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As a Senior Director, you will lead a unit within the talent consulting business with full P&L accountability. You will drive business strategy, manage client relationships, and lead complex projects that deliver strategic solutions to clients. This role involves significant leadership responsibilities, including team development and market presence enhancement. We will count on you to: Lead and have overall P&L accountability for a unit within the talent consulting business, including budgeting, staffing, and strategy. Actively manage all aspects of unit finances, contributing to the financial success of the business and market overall. Manage client revenue levels by ensuring profitable client relationships are formed and maintained. Define and implement the long-term business strategy at the market level in alignment with global and regional strategy. Lead key client engagements and large, complex projects, directing project teams and developing strategic solutions. Hire, manage, develop, and evaluate a team of professionals, providing performance feedback and career development opportunities. What you need to have: Proven leadership experience with P&L accountability in talent consulting or related fields. Strong client management skills with a track record of building and maintaining profitable relationships. Strategic thinking and business development expertise aligned with global and regional strategies. Experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
