As the leader of the talent acquisition function, this role is equal parts strategist, builder, and culture carrier. You will design and scale recruiting systems that consistently attract, assess, and confidently hire top-tier talent, while partnering deeply with leadership to anticipate and meet the company’s scaling workforce needs.
