A strategic leader responsible for modernizing end-to-end supply chain operations to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience. Transformation/enablement leader plays a critical role within the Service Organizations by creating capabilities to create processes and systems to measure and enhance the productivity and performance of the Service organization. Essentially, a transformation and enablement leader is responsible for equipping teams with the tools, resources, and strategies needed to excel in their roles and meet the deliverables of the organization. This position is critical for driving organizational growth and efficiency. Transformation and enablement leader works closely with cross functional teams to identify gaps in processes and skills, then design and implement structured programs to bridge these gaps. This could include everything from creating appropriate metrics, training programs, and providing necessary tools to foster communication and collaboration across organizations.
