Requirements

  • 8–10+ years in strategy, performance marketing, or growth leadership (agency experience required).
  • Proven ability to operationalize strategy into scalable systems and frameworks.
  • Experience integrating creative, content, media, and performance disciplines.
  • Strong background in paid media, analytics, attribution, and full-funnel strategy.
  • Demonstrated leadership of high-performing teams.
  • Executive presence with strong communication and client-facing skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with AI marketing tools and automated workflows strongly preferred.
  • EOS familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Shape and reinforce Loudr’s strategic positioning as a growth partner, not a tactical vendor.
  • Lead high-impact client strategy engagements across brand, content, demand, and performance.
  • Own full-funnel growth strategies, GTM frameworks, and long-term account roadmaps.
  • Translate strategy into operating models, workflows, and execution plans clients can actually run.
  • Ensure Loudr’s strategic POV is consistently reflected across pitches, proposals, content, and client engagements.
  • Unify creative and paid media into a single system.
  • Ensure media insights inform creative development — and creative insights improve performance.
  • Establish shared frameworks, language, and success metrics across Strategy, Media, and Creative.
  • Raise the bar for work that is both creatively distinctive and commercially effective.
  • Own performance outcomes across key accounts (ROAS, revenue, pipeline, lead quality etc.).
  • Guide forecasting, pacing, budget allocation, channel mix, and opportunity modeling.
  • Ensure performance insights are clear, actionable, and tied directly to client objectives.
  • Balance long-term building with near-term performance impact.
  • Champion the adoption of Loudr’s AI ecosystem (including internal tools like LVIS) across Strategy, Media, and Creative.
  • Collaborate to Build AI-driven workflows for: Competitive intelligence Audience research & segmentation Forecasting & modeling Creative testing & iteration Reporting & insights
  • Train teams on safe, effective AI usage and governance.
  • Identify, test, and integrate emerging AI marketing tools.
  • Codify repeatable playbooks, frameworks, and processes that scale Loudr’s best thinking.
  • Elevate Loudr’s new business narrative, pitch strategy, and qualification process.
  • Lead or support high-stakes pitches and expansion conversations.
  • Identify opportunities to expand services based on client needs and market demand.
  • Partner with leadership to design and operationalize new offerings.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop senior strategists, media leaders, and creative partners.
  • Drive clarity through role definition, goal alignment, and performance expectations.
  • Conduct 1:1s, quarterly conversations, and development planning.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, curiosity, collaboration, and creative ambition.
  • Act as a visible, trusted leader internally and with senior client stakeholders.
  • Partner closely with: Creative: content, messaging, and brand expression Media: performance strategy, optimization, and insights Web/SEO: CRO, UX, and site performance Accounts: forecasting, client experience, and growth planning Finance: budget planning and ROI measurement Data: dashboards, attribution, and data infrastructure
