To support Teva’s Pivot to Growth strategy, the Executive Management Team has established a Strategy & Transformation Office. This office leads the development, coordination, and execution of key strategic priorities in close collaboration with senior leaders across the organization. We are seeking a motivated and adaptable professional to join this dynamic team and contribute to high-impact initiatives alongside top organizational leaders. Reporting directly to the Head of the Strategy & Transformation Office, the selected candidate will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams across all global strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking progress, synthesizing insights, and providing regular updates to Executive Management Team to support informed decision-making. Additionally, the role involves resolving cross-functional challenges, fostering alignment, and ensuring smooth execution of the Pivot to Growth strategy. This is a high-visibility position that demands the ability to work with complex information and distill it into clear, actionable frameworks to support strategic decisions.
