About The Position

As the Senior Director of the Delivery Compliance team, you will serve as the compliance leader for the Spark Delivery program. You will lead the development, implementation, and maturation of the Delivery Compliance Program. You will own and lead relationships with applicable stakeholders to understand new and enhanced offerings, drive engagement with subject matter experts and legal to provide guidance to stakeholders, identify risks and risk-mitigating controls, and ensure appropriate standards, policies, and controls are documented, monitored, and implemented.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in operational management, compliance, legal, privacy, or related field and 5 years' experience in compliance, ethics, legal, internal audit, or related area OR 7 years' experience in compliance, ethics, legal, internal audit, or related area.
  • Experience at a delivery network company is preferred.
  • Organized, disciplined, and can manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Self-starter that can operate in a complex collaborative corporate structure with multiple stakeholders.
  • Process-minded and look for opportunities to streamline for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Experience creating/updating and maintaining policy, procedure, standard and process documents.
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to influence a variety of stakeholders and partners.
  • Team player with experience working in cross-functional teams within a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mature the execution of compliance programs for the Delivery business by responding to compliance questions and issues; and developing and enhancing standards with input from stakeholders.
  • Lead strategic cross-functional initiatives to ensure regulatory compliance, mitigate risk, and enhance current compliance strategies and processes.
  • Collaborate with and communicate information to impacted stakeholders, including subject matter experts, legal, business teams, and monitor compliance controls.
  • Lead engagement with stakeholders, including business leaders, product, engineering, legal, government affairs, corporate affairs, and other teams to ensure that compliance processes for various functions address legal and compliance requirements.
  • Cross functionally lead the development and implementation of solutions to mitigate risks and/or mature compliance programs.
  • Lead a team that is driving the execution of multiple projects by identifying cross functional compliance needs; collaboratively developing implementation plan(s), developing contingency plans; and demonstrating adaptability.
  • Lead specific Delivery Compliance objectives while recommending and developing strategies for program improvement.
