About The Position

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Director of Solution Consulting to lead the Telco and Media industry nationally across the United States. This leader will shape the technical go to market strategy for one of ServiceNow’s most strategic industries and help customers transition to AI driven, platform centric operating models. As a senior leader within the Solution Consulting organization, you will: • Lead and scale a high performance team of solution consulting leaders and architects • Partner closely with national sales leadership to drive industry growth • Act as a Field CTO and strategic advisor to senior customer executives • Help customers modernize operations through AI, automation, and digital platform transformation This role requires a leader who combines industry perspective, executive engagement, technical credibility, and organizational leadership to drive transformational outcomes for both customers and the business. What You Get to Do in This Role: Lead the National Technical Strategy for Telco and Media • Lead the national Telco and Media Solution Consulting organization and shape technical strategy across the industry segment • Partner with national sales leadership to drive strategic account expansion and industry growth • Establish ServiceNow as the AI platform of choice for telecommunications and media organizations Drive AI Native Platform Transformation • Transform the Solution Consulting organization into an AI native, platform first technical advisory team • Position AI, automation, and digital workflows as the foundation for customer transformation • Lead complex multi workflow pursuits involving enterprise architecture, automation, and agentic AI Serve as a Field CTO and Industry Advisor • Engage with customers across the industry as a trusted strategic advisor • Translate emerging AI capabilities into business outcomes for CIO, CTO, and digital transformation leaders • Represent ServiceNow’s innovation agenda in industry conversations and strategic customer engagements Build and Scale a High Performance Team • Recruit, coach, and develop top technical talent • Build a culture of technical excellence, accountability, and customer obsession • Enable the team to operate as industry advisors, not just product experts Establish Operational Excellence • Drive disciplined operating rhythms across pipeline generation, technical qualification, and forecast accuracy • Improve technical win rates and deal velocity through consistent execution frameworks • Ensure strong alignment across sales, product, partners, and consulting teams

Requirements

  • Senior pre sales leadership experience driving enterprise technology transformation
  • Deep experience within telecommunications, media, or similarly complex digital industries
  • Demonstrated success building and leading high performing technical organizations
  • Experience modernizing solution consulting teams toward AI native and platform first selling
  • Strong understanding of how AI, automation, and data platforms reshape enterprise operating models
  • Ability to translate AI innovation into business transformation outcomes
  • Trusted executive advisor capable of engaging CIO, CTO, and digital transformation leadership
  • Experience influencing executive stakeholders to expand platform adoption across business domains
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills for executive audiences
  • Enterprise technical credibility across architecture, automation platforms, and modern cloud ecosystems
  • Ability to connect technical architecture to measurable business value and strategic outcomes
  • Uses AI and data insights to scale decision making and accelerate solution design
  • Track record of building high performance teams with strong followership and sustained talent development
