About The Position

Are you a hands-on technology leader passionate about software development, enterprise systems, and emerging technologies? In this role, you will own all IT-related functions, including enterprise applications, ERP, and CRM solutions, while also rolling up your sleeves to write code and develop software. You'll work alongside your team to analyze business needs, design scalable architectures, and build custom solutions that drive efficiency and innovation. As a key technology leader, you must have a strong grasp of the latest software, hardware, cloud computing, and AI-driven solutions trends. You will lead the adoption of cutting-edge technologies, leveraging machine learning, automation, and advanced analytics to improve internal operations and enhance customer-facing services. Managing a skilled IT team of software and hardware engineers, you will modernize business processes and develop scalable, AI-enabled solutions that drive long-term success.

Requirements

Microsoft Visual Studio (C#/.NET Framework)
WinForms
Microsoft SQL Server2016+ (SSMS, SQL, Transact SQL)
Entity Framework (or similar ORM)
Relational Database Design
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field; master's degree preferred.
7-10+ years of IT leadership experience, with a track record of leading technology teams and projects.
Hands-on experience in software development, architecture, and agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, DevOps).
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as C, SQL, and languages commonly used for system design and software development.
Strong understanding of AI/ML, cloud platforms, and data analytics tools.
Solid knowledge of cybersecurity practices and data privacy regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to obtain Top-Secret Clearance.

Develop and implement policies and procedures for information systems hardware and software acquisitions, programming standards, communications, and other support projects.
Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.
Identify opportunities to optimize technology spending and maximize ROI.
