About The Position

As the Senior Director in OCI, you will provide leadership to multiple teams tasked with overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of infrastructure projects within OCI. Requirements

  • A BS or MS degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in people management, with a proven track record in managing large-scale critical service.
  • Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, resource management, and performance optimization within a technology-driven environment.
  • Exceptional decision-making abilities, with experience influencing senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong background in recruiting, developing, and leading senior individual contributors (ICs) and building high-performing teams.
  • Ability to make decisions that significantly impact the organization's infrastructure, with potential implications for revenue and long-term operational success.
  • Experience in Networking and Cloud Infrastructure Operations
  • Experience in managing a large-scale critical service in a Cloud computing
  • Expertise in Distributed Systems, Network Operating Systems, Network Orchestration and Controller
