The Senior Director of Software Development will provide leadership and technical expertise within our dynamic Technology Department. The ideal candidate will have a proven record in software development, team management, and driving innovation. You will manage a team of skilled leaders, lead all aspects of software projects, and play a major role in the department's technical vision and direction. This is a hybrid role that will work onsite 2 days per week at our Plano, TX office. Occasional travel may be required as part of this position.
