Mineralys Therapeutics is a publicly traded, clinical-stage biotechnology company focused on developing medicines to target diseases driven by abnormally elevated aldosterone. Our initial product candidate, lorundrostat, is a proprietary, orally administered, highly selective aldosterone synthase inhibitor that we are developing for cardiorenal conditions affected by abnormally elevated aldosterone, including hypertension and chronic kidney disease. Mineralys is a fully remote company. The Sr. Director, Scientific Communications will lead the strategy and execution of scientific communications, medical information, and publication planning in support of the company’s pipeline and eventual commercial launch. This role is critical in shaping the scientific narrative of the organization, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance across internal and external communications. The individual will partner cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to deliver impactful and timely scientific exchange aligned with corporate and program objectives. This is a unique opportunity to build and scale the function in a dynamic biotech environment, working cross-functionally across departments to ensure that our scientific story is disseminated with accuracy, impact, and credibility.
