This role owns sales execution readiness across field and virtual teams, ensuring processes, tools, and compensation changes translate into real performance across regions and brands. Partnering closely with Sales Leadership and cross functional teams, this leader turns revenue strategy into repeatable execution and serves as the point of accountability for adoption, results, and performance at scale.
