As the Senior Director, Sales, Food Service, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of all strategic initiatives within existing customers and targeting new customers to accelerate top-line growth across Teasdale's manufacturing facilities. This role will lead our Food Service team across a broad portfolio of Latin-inspired products, including tortillas and tortilla chips, taco shells, meal kits, hominy, salsa, and canned and refried beans. You will develop and lead market strategy recommendations internally and externally, helping drive profitable growth. The candidate will own the Food Service channel, build relationships with existing and prospective customers, lead contract negotiations, and identify opportunities to improve margins and support business growth. Successful candidates will leverage their existing customer relationships, category insights, and market knowledge to elevate Teasdale's customer portfolio. You will be a leader in our Sales organization. You will work closely with our Procurement, Quality, R&D, Product Management, Demand Planning, Operations, and Consumer Insights teams to develop solutions and processes that drive sales. This role requires a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is adaptable to change.
