About The Position

At Greenway Health, the Senior Director of Revenue Operations plays a pivotal role in shaping the company's revenue growth strategies and enhancing sales effectiveness. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, this position requires close collaboration with leaders across Sales, Client Success, and Marketing to ensure that the company's objectives are met and exceeded. The Senior Director will be responsible for setting the overall direction and strategy for the sales team, aligning sales, marketing, and customer support processes to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs). This role is designed for a passionate, hands-on self-starter who is driven to succeed and focused on productivity, quality, integrity, and teamwork. The Senior Director will lead the development and execution of strategic planning initiatives, including Total Addressable Market (TAM) analysis and market segmentation. They will oversee the coordination of sales, marketing, and business development efforts to optimize sales processes and accelerate bookings growth. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with finance to translate the overall value proposition into a pricing and contracting approach that aligns with the business strategy. In terms of compensation strategies, the Senior Director will work with sales leadership to design and implement incentive compensation programs that align with business objectives and reinforce revenue growth strategies. They will also ensure the equitable assignment of sales quotas and optimal allocation of financial resources across all sales channels and teams. The position also encompasses responsibilities related to reporting, compliance, and board material development. The Senior Director will manage the collection and analysis of data for ongoing and special projects, prepare materials for board and budget meetings, and develop best practices for operational business processes to ensure compliance with internal standards and industry regulations. Furthermore, the Senior Director will lead a team responsible for sales planning, execution, forecasting, reporting, pipeline management, and strategic analysis. They will coordinate with client success leadership to develop comprehensive reporting systems that track client outcomes and satisfaction, leveraging this data to inform sales and marketing strategies. Overall, this role is crucial for driving accountability through data analytics and reporting, utilizing industry best practices to enhance the company's revenue operations.
