About The Position
The Senior Director of Retail is primarily responsible for the management of a team of Retail Business Managers who develop and deliver innovative solutions to our client and customers in the areas of strategic planning, strategy development, and business performance improvement. The Senior Director role will be responsible for the establishment and implementation of departmental strategies, be responsible for extensive root cause investigation to understand problems and apply mastery knowledge and/or a broad level of expertise within the Retail Strategy disciple.
