Our subscription base is the foundation of our business, and this role is an exciting opportunity to utilize your extensive life science sales and leadership experience to play a critical role in driving growth for LS&H. This is a global role reporting into the VP Sales Operations, responsible for delivering strong retention of our LS&H renewal base, directly managing both regional SDM leaders and individual contributors in specialty areas. Responsible for leading and overseeing cross functional strategic initiatives to grow retention, driving business growth, and ensuring operational excellence. You will be required to collate and represent our global sales retention forecast at executive leadership level. Requires strong leadership skills, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of the organizational structure to shape and execute the company's long-term vision.
