About The Position

Our Talent and Performance Management team is on a mission to transform the associate experience by launching a brand new, fully integrated talent and performance management platform. This isn't a simple software rollout—it's a complete evolution of our people processes, designed to be delightful, efficient, data-driven, and empowering for everyone at the company. As the Talent & Performance Management Leader, you will be at the forefront of this transformation. You'll coordinate a full-scale enterprise launch of the new platform across all our U.S. and international locations and business lines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 4 Years of Project Management experience
• At least 2 Years of People Management experience

Nice To Haves

• Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA)
• 5+ years of Project Management experience
• 3+ years of People Management experience
• PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
• 5+ years of experience in scaled project or program management
• 3+ years of experience in product management
• 3+ years of experience in financial modeling or quantitative analysis

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver all communication and training programs for new talent and performance management processes.
• Oversee annual operations for talent and performance management, driving and optimizing well-managed operations.
• Manage risk and leverage data to ensure our processes are well-managed and compliant.
• Influence product strategy and drive enterprise adoption by partnering closely with product, LOB HR, and brand and marketing teams.
• Develop compelling content and knowledge management plans to maximize awareness and adoption.
• Partner with HR and Corporate Communications to align on information architecture, knowledge management, and communications.
