Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MPH, MHA, or similar) preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, consulting, or employer-focused solutions, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
• Excellent understanding of healthcare data, employer decision-making processes, and analytics tools.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience working with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to travel up to 50% as needed for client engagements and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the relationship between Merative and its clients, driving client engagement and ensuring client satisfaction and renewal targets are consistently met/exceeded.
• Lead and manage a team of healthcare analysts responsible for delivering strategic, data-driven insights to clients using proprietary healthcare analytics tools.
• Set clear goals and objectives, provide guidance and support, and evaluate performance.
• Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and senior leadership on thought leadership and product development.
• Implement strategies to enhance the client experience and identify opportunities to improve products and services.
• Serve as a senior point of contact for client escalations and strategic discussions, ensuring timely resolution and alignment with client goals.
• Identify, implement, and support process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, team productivity, and overall service delivery.
