Requirements

• Significant experience leading and managing teams of principal and director level product managers, including the formation of new product teams.

• Proven record of building products and strategies that seamlessly enable and enforce operational processes, managing smooth transitions between automated systems and human operators when necessary.
• Strong business insight with the ability to align product strategies with organizational goals and customer needs.
• A proven ability to build strong teams, mentor talent, and cultivate a motivating environment that encourages growth and collaboration.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
• A balanced approach to innovation that values bold vision alongside practical realities, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Direct the development of an end-to-end digital home buying transaction experience that effectively integrates home buying services including real estate and home financing.

• Build and mentor a strong team of product managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
• Work closely with operations, engineering, and design teams to ensure that technology solutions effectively meet the needs of the business and enhance customer experiences.
• Leverage expertise in AI to innovate and optimize the home buying transaction process, ensuring that solutions are both cutting-edge and practical.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization to create alignment and drive the execution of shared objectives.
