We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Director, Product Manager to join our Data & Analytics team. This role is located in Boston, MA, or New York, NY.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 15 years of demonstrated ability in product development and delivery.
  • Strong digital product management experience, building and uplifting digital products.
  • Passion for creating superior user experiences, informed by in-depth user research leveraging persona-based journey mapping, jobs-to-be-done, etc.
  • Proven experience in product design, developing use cases, flow diagrams, prototypes, backlogs, etc.
  • Experience in investment management and/or investment operations workflows. Knowledge of accounting, performance, portfolio management, and private markers are a plus.
  • Knowledge of innovative data structuring and monetization strategies in the B2B space.
  • Intellectual curiosity – interested in shaping the future of financial services.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and the ability to influence others.
  • Ability to collaborate with and influence senior executives and stakeholders.
  • Experience recruiting, motivating and developing staff, maximizing their contributions and professional growth.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing complex strategic projects and initiatives from inception to completion.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced highly transformational environment.
  • Knowledge of institutional financial services is desired, ideally with experience in asset servicing.

Responsibilities

  • Leading the global vision and strategy for the Data & Analytics Platform Experience across Accounting, Performance, Analytics, Investment Operations, and Data Management, aligning with client needs, industry trends, and firm-wide innovation.
  • Taking a client-first, design-led approach to creating the platform experiences for Data & Analytics clients, including how our clients interact with us across our various offerings through our client portal, SDK and app marketplace.
  • Translating client expectations, stakeholder needs and market opportunities into actionable design and service standards.
  • Identifying and prioritizing strategic initiatives to close gaps between the current platform components and long-term vision, across people, processes, and technology.
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to build and maintain a development backlog that advances the channel strategy with meaningful value at each step.
  • Managing and motivating a team of product owners and specialists, overseeing execution of the roadmap in collaboration with design, engineering, data, and other platform teams—ensuring solutions are client-tested, refined, and effectively adopted.
  • Tracking adoption metrics, platform usage, telemetry and client feedback to continuously improve.
  • Innovating around future-proofing and commercializing channel capabilities, including the use of emerging technologies like generative AI and data monetization strategies.
  • Collaborating with business development teams to support strategic engagements with key clients.
