We have been elevating the product management job family at Capital One for the last several years, and now want to ensure that the tools and role evolves to leverage the full power of AI. About the Role: The role is a part of our EPX (Enterprise Product and Experience) top of house team working closely with the SVP on the Product Council who is the AE for AI in Product at Capital One. The product manager will be responsible for defining the long-term destination of product development in the age of AI at Capital One. In parallel, they will also ensure that we are equipping product managers across Capital One with the AI tools and training to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. Operating at the intersection of high-level strategy and hands-on execution, you will partner directly with Senior Executives across the Enterprise, local product teams experimenting with AI, and a dedicated Strategy team to architect a roadmap that balances bold, big-picture thinking with immediate, actionable milestones. The mission is twofold: to establish a definitive future vision for AI integration and to act as a catalyst for accelerating AI adoption across the organization. We are looking for a seasoned product veteran who carries the gravitas to influence the C-suite, possesses the organizational rigor of a program lead, and maintains a deep, personal passion for AI experimentation—someone who isn't just watching the AI shift happen but is actively rewriting the product management playbook. Requirements

At least 9 years of experience working in Product Management
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
