We are seeking a visionary Senior Director of Product Management to lead our strategic AI initiatives. As a senior leader at MuleSoft, you will coordinate efforts across large, diverse groups to deliver transformative changes that redefine how the world’s largest companies design, connect, and govern in an agentic world. You will own the strategy and execution for the next generation of MuleSoft’s AI-powered capabilities. This includes driving the roadmap for MuleSoft Agent Fabric—the essential infrastructure that allows autonomous agents to securely discover, connect to, and orchestrate across enterprise APIs—while also exploring new frontiers in AI-led design and governance. You will be responsible for building the bridge between Large Language Models (LLMs) and the complex ecosystem of data and services that power modern business.

Requirements

  • Experience: 10+ years in Product Management, with a proven track record of leading complex, platform-scale products in the enterprise software space (SaaS, iPaaS, or Cloud Infrastructure).
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to own a clear, high-level vision (1+ years) and translate it into a tangible execution plan that thrives in a high-growth, rapidly evolving environment.
  • Technical Depth: Deep understanding of API-led connectivity, orchestration, and the emerging AI/LLM ecosystem. Familiarity with autonomous agent frameworks and AI governance is a significant plus.
  • Collaboration: Exceptional ability to navigate and influence a matrixed organization. You are a builder of bridges, both technically and culturally.
  • Customer Centricity: A passion for understanding customer pain points and a relentless drive to build solutions that solve "the impossible" for the world's largest enterprises.
  • A related technical degree required.

  • Familiarity with autonomous agent frameworks and AI governance is a significant plus.

Responsibilities

  • Vision & Strategy: Develop and own a 2-3 year product roadmap for MuleSoft’s AI initiatives. Identify novel opportunities to enable the "Agent-integrated Enterprise" through new ways of designing and governing integration assets.
  • Scale & Execution: Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle for a complex, multi-faceted product domain. Translate high-level vision into agile execution, iterating based on rapid industry shifts in autonomous agent technology and generative AI.
  • Leadership & Coordination: Lead a high-performing cross-functional team across Engineering, UX, Product Marketing, and Sales. Act as a force multiplier, amplifying the impact of your team across the broader MuleSoft and Salesforce "Cloud" ecosystem.
  • Product Adoption: Deeply understand feature usage and telemetry. Drive strategic improvements specifically designed to increase product adoption, ensuring customers can seamlessly transition from manual workflows to autonomous agent orchestration.
  • Market Influence: Serve as a thought leader for MuleSoft AI, representing our vision at industry events, executive briefings, and with strategic customers.
