About The Position

The Senior Director, Product Management is a pivotal leadership role within Stellarus/Blue Shield of California, accountable for overseeing all aspects of the commercialization of the Stellarus product offering roadmap. Commercialization includes executing the product strategy for commercial operations including the go-to-market model, business and implementation requirements. In this leadership role, you will be responsible to manage multiple product offerings segments, in the center of excellence product squad, working closely with cross-functional teams to advance products through the product development lifecycle including discovery, definition, build and launch. Cross-functional teams you will influence and consult include market segments, technology, data, operations, customer success, and marketing. The portfolio of products that you will be responsible to manage will serve multiple health plan lines of business and include member experience, cost of healthcare, pharmacy, digital health record, and other offerings as determined by the strategic business direction. In this role, you will work directly for the Vice President of Product to implement best in class product offerings. You will be accountable for delivering product performance, market impact, and customer adoption. This role ensures that our product offerings (technology & services) are effectively brought to market, implemented, maintained, and continuously improved, and you will have the responsibility to improve the market position, improve customer satisfaction, and contribute to the overall success of Stellarus/BSC.
