About The Position

In the Small Business Bank, our customers are the lifeblood of the US economy, making up 99% of businesses in the US and accounting for 44% of the country's GDP. Your role will be equal parts coach, visionary, and problem solver, and you will be responsible for leading a high-impact product team, co-creating a vision for the future, gaining broad stakeholder alignment, and guiding cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional value while knocking down all the things that slow us down.
