About The Position
The Senior Director of Product Management will own the Public Safety product strategy vision, plan and execution and will lead a highly functional and collaborative team of seven. Individuals in this role will solve difficult and complex problems with high business impact. They will frequently be a key driver, able to see the big picture and make the appropriate decisions for the company and will actively manage and inspire Product Managers throughout the Government organization and represent the company to external audiences. They will also have direct management and career growth responsibility for product managers and/or managers of product managers, including responsibility for their recruitment and development. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the public safety target market and customers as well as possess extensive customer-driven product development experience. This position can be home based but must be able to work East coast hours. This position will require travel, though not frequent.
