About The Position

About the Role We’re looking for a Senior Director of Product to lead the next chapter of our materials, pricing, and supply chain solutions for the trades industry. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for reimagining how contractors source, price, and procure materials, building innovative systems that scale across multiple trades. You’ll work closely with the industry’s leading suppliers to bring innovative, game changing solutions that automate pricing and procurement, while driving a product strategy that leverages emerging technologies to transform the contractor experience.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management experience, with leadership experience in ecommerce, supply chain, or physical goods.
  • Proven ability to scale catalog, pricing, or procurement systems in complex environments.
  • Strong background working with partners and integrations to deliver customer value.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies (AI/ML a plus) and their applications in pricing or supply chain optimization.
  • Strategic thinker with a bias for action and passion for improving how contractors work.

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the product vision and strategy for materials, pricing, and procurement.
  • Partner with suppliers to create innovative, game changing solutions for contractors that help them achieve operational efficiencies and improved margins
  • Build and evolve systems that support catalog management, pricing, and supply chain workflows.
  • Adapt the system to support our expansion into trades like exteriors, construction and pest control.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver products that are innovative, scalable, and user-centric.
  • Mentor and grow a high-performing product team.
