About The Position
As the Sr. Director of Product at Workday, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the vision and product strategy for our next-generation mobile applications. This position is not just about managing products; it’s about leading a global team of product managers to create engaging and user-friendly mobile experiences that enhance productivity and engagement for employees worldwide. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and partner organizations to define a clear roadmap and ensure its successful execution. Your approach will be data-driven, allowing you to build and execute strategies that are informed by customer feedback, market research, and competitive analysis. You will think big, focusing on long-term solutions while also delivering immediate results through an iterative, learning-based approach. In this role, you will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Workday mobile apps. You will continuously evaluate customer and market feedback, user research, and analytics data to inform your direction. Your ability to synthesize data from multiple sources will be crucial in iterating on your strategy. You will also be tasked with setting key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product releases and ensure that customer, user, and business outcomes are met. As a leader, you will inspire and motivate your team, promoting a culture of innovation and calculated risk-taking. You will coach and mentor your team members, helping them to grow their expertise in product management and mobile best practices. Your role will also involve hiring and retaining a team of dedicated and critical-thinking individuals who are passionate about creating products that customers love.
