As a Product Leader focusing on the Payment Exchange Platform, you will drive the strategy for the platform to ensure it meets the current and future needs of the payment types that process through the platform including wires, ACH, instant payments, check disbursements. You will partner closely with payment type product and technology teams to ensure a deep understanding of their needs from the platform and define the functional and technical capabilities needed to deliver exceptional payment experiences. You will deliver core platform capabilities that power the payment workflow on the platform including initiation, processing and data streaming capabilities. You will ensure compliance with existing enterprise platform standards and lead the further definition of best in class platform capabilities. You will define and execute an enterprise product strategy that meets the needs of multiple lines of business, accelerates onboarding of new clients and new use cases, and enables seamless integration across core banking systems and channels. You will lead high performing, inclusive product teams and collaborate with cross financial partners across Technology, Operations, Strategy & Analytics, Risk, and Finance to ensure the wire platform delivers measurable outcomes for the business and our customers.
